Timber Profiles

Garden Pleasure offer a range of thicknesses for you to select.

Framing is standard throughout your building and is Finished Size 34mm x 57mm (2 ¼ “ x 1 ¼ “). This is doubled for strength when building Roofing Trusses.

Wall Claddings are available as

• Standard ShipLap - Ex16 x 125 - Finished Board Thickness 12.6mm
• Thick ShipLap - Ex19 x 125 - Finished Board Thickness 14.6mm
• Heavy Duty ShipLap - Ex25 x 125 - Finished Board Thickness 19.6mm, and
• LogLap - Ex25 x 125 - Finished Board Thickest 19.6mm

These are the Profiles of timber available for selection within the walls of your building.

The phrase Ex25 means that when machining the finished boards you begin with a rough sawn board which is 25mm in thickness. The machining process shapes the timber to the chosen profile and of course removes some of the wood as a part of the machining

Floor Claddings are available as

• Standard - Ex16 x 125 - Finished Board Thickness 12.6mm, and
• Heavy Duty Flooring - Ex22 x 125 - Finished Board Thickness 19.6mm

All Roof Panels are built with Standard Ex16 x 125 ShipLap - Finished Thickness 12.6mm

Additional Note

EX25 x 125 LOGLAP - This board is a curved profile and has a finished thickness of 19.6mm at its thickest point.
