Child's Playhouse
All Garden Pleasure Buildings are constructed using only 'Planed' smooth timbers.
Your Frame is finished at 34mm x 57mm (1 1/4" x 2 1/4") and for added safety the corners are machined to removed the edges thereby reducing the chances of your child 'catching a splinter' whilst playing inside of the building
Our cladding is Tongue & Grooved and available in various thicknesses. Choose from
1. 12.6mm Standard (Ex 16 x 125) ShipLap,
2. 14.6mm 'Thick' (Ex 19 x 125) ShipLap,
3. 19.6mm 'Heavy Duty' (Ex25 x 125) ShipLap
Or for that 'Special' Look
4. 19.6mm 'LogLap' (Ex 25 x 125)
Again all cladding is planed smooth. Standard Shiplap is used in Floors and Roof.

Single Storey
The Single Storey Playhouse is designed to look like a Mini-Summer House and comes complete with
- 2ft Porch and Ballustrades (Can be Omitted on Request)
- Window Planter Boxes
- Perspex Windows complete with Criss-Cross
- Ring Latch (opens from inside as well as outside) within
- Stabled Door
The building will be 137cm (4'6") to the eaves and rise to a ridge height internally which reflects the span of the roof - example 6ft = 1.53m (5ft) ridge (internal heights).
Two Storey
The Two Storey Playhouse has an 'Off-Set' Ridge Line which creates a taller interior to the left or right.

- 12cm (4 1/2") Treads on stairs (No Ladders)

The building will be 160cm (5'3") to its lowest eave and rise to an internal ridge height of 220cm (7'3") allowing for headroom in each area of 3'7" in each of the areas.
