Summer Houses
Garden Pleasure Summer Houses can add the 'Centre-Piece' Feature to your Garden Design.
All timber components are hand-made in our workshop so that you can be confident of their quality and manufacture.
Like all Garden Pleasure Buildings they are constructed with your chosen Wall Cladding.
Our cladding is Tongue & Grooved and available in various thicknesses. Choose from
1. 12.6mm Standard (Ex 16 x 125) ShipLap,
2. 14.6mm 'Thick' (Ex 19 x 125) ShipLap,
3. 19.6mm 'Heavy Duty' (Ex25 x 125) ShipLap
Or for that 'Special' Look
4. 19.6mm 'LogLap' (Ex 25 x 125)
Again all cladding is planed smooth. Standard Shiplap is used in Floors and Roof. Tongue and Grooved construction of floors and roof sections ensure a product which will last !
Each Summer House will have a set of Glazed Double Doors. The building will also include other windows which might include Fixed Windows and/or Opening Windows as Standard.
Glass Decoration with Lead Effect comes as standard and can be Diamond / Georgian / or Plain as required.
All Garden Pleasure Buildings are described by their 'FOOTPRINT' which means that all you have to determine is your available space.

Without Porch
This option 'Omits' the Porch and Ballustrades.
Roof Porch at 40cm (16") is retained to keep the 'look' !
Ideal for customers with limited space...........or to 'maximise' internal space from your available 'FOOTPRINT'.

With Porch
This option includes both Porch and Ballustrades at 60cm (2').
This is the traditional Style, and our most popular.

Large Summer House
This Option deals with Summer Houses with a Front Elevation exceeding 10ft.
This expands the traditional style but
- 'separates' the door /window features.
- Fixed Front Windows are replaced with Opening Windows
Stabled Porch
This option effectively 'Reverses' your roof line and introduces a 'Stabled' type roof porch at 60cm (2'). The porch is constructed within the structural frame of the Gables thereby ensuring strength.
Soffit Boards are attached during erection of the building and are ideal if you want to introduce 'Down-Lighting'.
This option automatically includes our 'Extra Height' Eaves at 2.00m (6'7") ensuring sufficient headroom beneath roofing trusses internally.

Corner
This option requires a Corner Space 'Equal to / or Greater than' a Right-Angle (90 Degrees).
The roof is a 'Pent' Styled Single sloping roof which gently slopes from your doors down to the back corner. Eaves are present on both rear panels.
This option is standard minimum 1.80m (6') tall internally at the lowest roof point

Contemporary / Modern Summer House
This option offers a more Modern or Contemporary Look to the Stabled Porch style of Summer House.
We retain the Stabled Porch Roof at 60cm to keep the 'look' of the overall structure !
Ideal for customers looking to 'maximise' the Glazed Area within your available 'FOOTPRINT'.
